This guitar is my first go at a “super-strat” style electric guitar. The name Famine comes from the second horseman of the apocalypse and perfectly describes this guitars attributes. Ultra-light and very thin. In fact, it is barely there and completely melts into your body.
A unique aspect of this model is the radius of the top of the guitar. The compound radius of the fretboard projects to 23.5” at the intonation point. This is the dimension of the radius of the top. The individual saddle bodies are also machined to this radius. The back is also radiused in the same direction at 47”.
